TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All promotions will be done in the name of “BridalMallsUSA.com ” and not its individual vendors. Promotions of the Mall will only include the name of the BridalMallsUSA.com.
2. BridalMallsUSA.com does not guarantee future business for its vendors.
3. BridalMallsUSA.com gives no grace period for renewal. Further, BridalMallsUSA.com reserves the right to remove any vendor whose membership is delinquent 15 or more days. Member will lose all credits and will be subject to a reconnection fee.
4. BridalMallsUSA.com will provide Internet access through the Malls sites to a vendor’s page or website for the term outlined herein. The mall is not responsible for maintaining vendor’s site or page.
5. All membership fees are to be paid in advance for the term outlined herein. No refunds will be issued a vendor who ceases to provide the specified services.
6. BridalMallsUSA.com will have a vendor’s site online (Page or Link) within 7 days.
7. BridalMallsUSA.com reserves the right to remove a vendor at its discretion and without reimbursement from their Mall(s) if BridalMallsUSA.com has reason to believe said vendor is engaging in unethical business practices (i.e. Forwarding Bridal Leads and Emails).
8. Vendors/Members agree to post the BridalMallsUSA.com logo on their website for the duration of their membership with BridalMallsUSA.com. Our logo is located at the bottom of the Leasing Page.
